We’re Yadira and Darly, two sisters from the heart of Houston with big dreams and a fierce work ethic. We started Prosperous Shine to show that no dream is too big and no hustle is too tough. Our mission is to serve others through honest work and excellence. Growing up, we learned the value of hard work and perseverance. Inspired by Colossians 3:23–24, we strive to work willingly at whatever we do, as though we are working for the Lord.

We not only understand the importance of a clean, safe space, but we also take pride in our work and strive to make a positive impact on every client we serve. We're not just cleaning spaces—we're cleaning up our community and making room for new opportunities.

We aim to create opportunities not only for our future generations, but for others as well, especially those who are often overlooked or underpaid, including individuals working hard to support themselves and their families. We’re committed to providing competitive pay to our team and giving back to our community by donating 10% of our income to our home church.
